I love how small changes and habits can transform the way we lead our lives. I started my fitness journey by working out 10-15 minutes per day and it has made a huge difference in how I see working out. I actually enjoy my workouts and have been feeling stronger as the days go by. I used to work out 2 hours per day and completely give up within a few months. Start small, go steady, and huge changes will follow. Insightful and helpful as always. Thank you!
