I think I've read the book 3 or 4 times now and, every single time, I noticed something I missed the previous time!

It's such a heart-warming, empowering story about taking responsibility for your life and forging your own path, which as you note, is something many still don't get.

Thinking God or fate is behind everything is easy because it's comforting and makes it simpler to explain away the shitty things that happen to us. But, to actually grow and have an extraordinary life, you have to take responsibility.
