Social media addiction is such a major issue these days for most of us. It’s something I’m also working on, mainly by questioning myself about it and doing my best to check-in with my emotional state first before grabbing my phone.
There’s indeed something deceivingly healing about scrolling. It feels good in the moment, but bad later, especially when you’re suddenly anxious!
